I can only use one character to play Forsaken DLC content
I used the level up thing on a new Titan to get him to level 30. My main character is a level 31 hunter. for some reason i can access the DLC content with the Titan but not the hunter.

You have to finish all campaigns on the character you DID NOT use the boost on
