Petra's Bounties and Quests.
Petra's bounties and quests have always dropped gear a few levels above my current power, but today, for some reason, the drops haven't been that powerful. They were only 1 level above my current power. Is it supposed to be like that now or...?

1 ReplyFrom experience petras bounties will be +5 until level 595 light, which is another soft cap where everything including raid gear is +1. Your average light level is whats used to determine your drops and if you're unfortunate enough to have something way above your light level then you'll get crap drops.

I heard that hers were supposed to drop the most powerful gear, along with primes and exotics.
