Rally the troops, the fun police needs to be ready by next week.
Calling all sentinel and Nightstalkers alike to come together to fight those imperial scum come next Tuesday, because we're going to need as many people as we can get!

Why wait untill next week? Mayhem clash has been all this week in D1. Ya know, an actual fun experience unlike D2 pvp

3 RepliesRumor has it the Mayhem game time is only going to be 3 minutes... so although you will get your supers and such back faster, you will only get to use them maybe twice or three times per game, if you are really lucky. Why did Bungie do this? Because they wanted to avoid a significant number of mercy rule scenarios, that will always abound in D2 PvP now, given the SBMM is completely bogus and broken in PvP. Oh, and for loot? Don't expect the 3 minute game time, to be a path to more loot in total, the loot drop rate for IB was so successful, with the countless repeats and non IB drops, that Bungie has 3x buffed (or is it a reverse nerf?) the loot hit rate, so yes, you will get loot almost every game, but it will almost always be existing items dropped, since it analyzes what you have in the vault as well as on all characters in turn.

2 RepliesI wouldn't be surprised if the "mayhem" cooldowns are just D1 cooldowns lol. Granted that's still something people will enjoy, but there's a part of me that really thinks it's not gonna be the ultra crazy mayhem of old.

1 ReplyI enjoy being the fun police. However, unlike D1, where roaming Supers weren't so common, in D2, nearly all Supers are roaming. Gives me even more reason to enjoy being a Voidwalker - it shuts down supers and is much harder to prevent from happening.
