Prometheus Lens is just not even close to balanced in PVP
You will understand when you get matched up with it. For those who have already experienced this... I am sorry. This gun is insanely overpowered and needs a hotfix ASAP!

How it'll be for a short amount of time because you people will whine, bitch, and complain until you're blue in the face. Then again it's more Bungie's fault for not separating PvP from PvE so neither side influences the other. Eh. Finally hear about an Exotic that's worth having ... and it's probably going to be delegated to the back row with Fighting Lion and Graviton Lance. The glory days of Thorn, Gjallarhorn, and the Mythoclast are long gone now. They'll never return either unless Bungie makes some changes. It's getting to the point where I don't use many Exotic weapons anymore outside of Sunshot. And I use that when I'm against the hive because it puts down groups really quick. Most legendaries make them obsolete. Sins of the Past or Curtain call makes any Power exotic moot.

The weapon shipped with a bug, which we intend to fix with Destiny Update 1.1.1, along with everything else in the December update. 4 RepliesLol just stop already, i just played against someone using it, i killed him 5 times in the game, i ended with 18 kills and 3.0 kd, he had 15 kills with 0.8kd and our team won easily... Stop this bs myth that it is an instant kill, if you want to see it, add me on ps4 (SAS_nme) and i will send you the footage. Oh and fyi im not good at crucible ... i have a 1.1kd lol please stop crying nerf everytime you die

I know they said it's bugged but when you think about it, it's the only exotic in the game that feels exotic. It feels the way it should. It would be nice if they didn't fix it but instead made other guns good. We all know that won't happen though :-(

Of every gun in the game we’re balanced, this would be the most boring pvp in gaming history. It does need a damage reduction though.
