Hand cannons are fine. They shouldn't have much range. People are just used to the way hand cannons were at the end of D1 where you could 2 or 3 shot someone from across the map.
Also the reason autos and scouts dominate now is because of the current maps. The all have a lot of long sight lines and not a lot of corridors. Instead of nerfing or buffing guns they just need more maps that suit close range weapons like hand cannons.

I never understood this. Why can’t I 3 shot (with headshots mind you) someone at range with a HC, but a scout can 4/5 to head/body at any range?

What reason is there to use a HC over an SMG or Auto Rifle? Uriels has a faster TTK, doesn't require precision shots and has more range, but works just as well close quarters.

Pulse rifles should do more damage at further range than an auto rifle but currently that's not the case. Pulse rifles need a slight buff
