I'm getting that same message as well and I just put the game in for the first time after I got off of work spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work and decided to see what I could find on the forums instead

Having the same problem.. Its just sad because I took my time from work to play this game with joy, now all I can do is sitting in front of an error-code nobody knows. I'm very disappointed and hope we can get any compensation in-game for these problems (like in GTA or GRID2)

I am having the same problem spent £90 on the limited edition yesterday then the internet was down for half the day, so i didnt get as much time on the game as i wanted, and now this. Bungie i don't use twitter why cann't you keep us informed on this site its your'e own website.

Same issue here. Thought my account might have been stolen, reset Playstation password, still get this message. Found this here thread and voila, not a problem on my end. Sucks nonetheless.

I'm also having the same issue. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps (renew licenses, reboot, reboot router, check psn, check network), and I've had no success. I'm now re-downloading the game onto my PS4. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
