Is crossplay available for both Xbox One & PC
Since Gears of War 4 had this cross play thing, will destiny 2 have this?

Basically, can Xbox One & PC players play together?

I'd like this option. I have friends on both xbox and ps. It would only be like switching from European servers to US servers just have an option to switch it to xbox or ps servers as well. You can join an xbox or ps clan so why not.

The 4K 60FPS mouse-with-8-million-buttons+keyboard master race would annihilate, and I mean [b][u]annihilate[/u][/b] the peasants. Gears, having a game mechanic which involves pouring nine trillion bullets into anything that moves, is less subject to M+K supremacy, but in an FPS game the differences would show drastically.

3 RepliesNo? Look at it this way. Games bought on Xbox One are purchased through the Microsoft store. Your Microsoft account is accessible on your PC. Games that are in the Microsoft store on PC are linked with your Xbox One. Seeing Destiny 2 is available through BattleNet, and is completely separate account wise from Xbox, it will most likely not work with cross play.

In theory it could be if the pc version allowed you to connect to XBL servers, how ever blizzard is handling the pc side of the market so no.

3 Repliesno not atm but i can see it deffo next yr late, think it has something to do with sony and their back hand deals atm ive bought for ps4 pro and pc so that will never happen but would want u to be on xbox playing pvp with pc players in 4k 150 fps u would never win a game against mouse and keyboard skilled players i will be trying pc beta tonight with mouse and keyboard first then ps4 controller to see the diff and also dont forget pc players can map macros to mouse etc i can anyway with my naga mouse 20 buttons so unfair

Of course not. For this to even be a possible reality Destiny 2 would have to be hosted and sold through the Microsoft store. Destiny 2 for PC is being hosted by Blizzard, the two platforms will be separated.
