Anybody else have a rough day?
Title^ also comment below what made it not so good hopefully they get better.
My day went bad because my best friend currently(it's a female) was going through a bad breakup and she was having suicidal thoughts...
thankfully I'm always around to help people who aren't doing to well and I did what I could I'm just worried it isn't enough and that is why I'm having a bad day.

2 RepliesI've been having a pretty shitty few weeks. Bunch of stress from work, combined with being kicked outta my house and having to find a new place... On top of that, money is getting tight because of the impending move, and I have a few health related concerns (mostly injuries). It's gotten to the point where even when something good happens, it quickly gets overshadowed by something else. I boulder as a hobby, and just this week managed to climb 3 walls that have stumped me for over 3 weeks. By all accounts, I have significantly improved...and yet, within 12 hours of achieving this, going to work instantly put me in a bad mood. Even with friends, I get easily distracted and can't focus on having fun. And my co-workers have started to notice that I am more agitated than usual. And yet despite these more serious and imminent concerns, it is the girl problems that bother me the most. It's always -blam!-in girl problems.

You shouldn't worry about that. You provide support and caring. That's a good thing to do. It's not your responsibility for what she might end up doing, but it's best to not think of that and just try to be there for her. Which it seems you are. :) Personally, if I were real good friends, I would just hang with her unless she wants some alone time. However, too much alone time isn't good either.
