Something to add to your post, power weapons will include snipers and fusions rifles to make it so gaurdians can not spawn with those weapons, shotguns were not confirmed to be in with the power weapons but if you freeze frame when they go across their gaurdians inventory specifically power weapons the top middle weapon in their power weapons looks to be a shotgun.
