Can i just say that reveal was......phenomenal
Bungie you really out did yourselves. If Deej or Cozmo see this please give my love to the developers and everyone else that was amazing!
*Edit* just to let everyone know I understand your concerns the original had these nice trailers and stuff and we got a different game just a warning always be skeptical of games don't pre order without knowing full well what your buying etc.

Yeah ok. 4 new worlds. New maps. New strikes. New raids. An actual story. New weapons. New armour. New/upgraded Abilities. New PvP modes. New features. New side missions. As well as match making system to help solo players who have suffered for a long time, may not fully repair it but good attempt. (Credit to USW on YouTube)
*Edit 3* Consoles will have a locked 30fps where as PC will have a unlocked frame rate so grab your 1080TI's and i7 7700k's and enjoy a nice 4k 60fps depending if they optimise the port well also no dedicated servers so yeah......good luck with the modders on PC guys GTA V on PC is bad enough

ive played since the alpha. i had huge expectations when destiny 1 came out. yet every one was let down some way or another. i stopped playing a few times to give it a break coming back from time to time for the events and all that. yesterday i went in with no expectations when i saw the reveal. i was blown away with what they had done. it reall looks like bungie was listening this time around. i cant wait till this gamr come out yea its 4 months away but hey i alreafy put a vacation day on the 8th of that month. i cant wait to bring my warlock over and relive the first days of destiny again with every one else.

However, IO, Titan and Nessus are. That's three(3) worlds that are in fact new. As in we've never been to them before. Perhaps they consider Earth to be a new world since we'll probably be going to places on Earth we haven't been to before. However, it's still a stretch to call it 'a new world'. Or maybe I'm the only one on Earth who noticed. >;}

Countdown is counter strike in destiny style [spoiler]terrorists: plant bomb, camp...listen for defusal sounds = freebie[/spoiler] Next: a hostage rescue? [spoiler]save dumb hostages, drag them to safety and/or use the as humanshields. Terrorists: one douche goes to camp near rescue zone = freebie[/spoiler] Just reminded me about the good'ol cs... thank for the radar though, prolly less annoying :)

6 RepliesTo all the people whining about destiny 1.5, Halo 2 is considered by most as the best Halo game. Even people like myself, who don't consider it as a favorite, concede that it was a solid game with a huge impact on what shooters would be. It was pretty much Halo 1.5; it's not bad to be critical, but is it seriously a bad thing if it is a continuous improvement on a game we love? If you did not like destiny 1, then you should probably find something better to do with your time then spend the last 3 years on the destiny forums.

4 RepliesYou know what concerns me? I'm beginning to get the feeling that what they showed at that reveal was pretty much all were getting. It reminds me of the beta how everyone thought that the size of the earth map in the beta was just a percentage of the size that earth would be in game, but when destiny launched we all realized that we saw 90 percent of earth in the beta. I feel like that is happening with destiny 2 and that concerns me

12 RepliesNo dedicated servers. No 60 fps in a current-gen only game, at least in pvp like Gears did. A TON of reskinns. DLC priced as a full game.

Don't get me wrong, I'm almost 100% positive that I'll preorder D2. However, I personally felt like the revealed game play/content was even more cartoonish than D1. Also, the new supers didn't really blow my mind. The flaming sword was cool, but the bouncing shield seemed suspiciously derivitive (uh um, Captain America), and the staff attack was just Arc-blade with a stick.
