Destiny is still the best console shooter!
Even after all the nerfs and broken thing bungie has done to this game.
This game is still hillarious fun and gives me good feelings and memorys when playing with friends. Never had that experience in any other game.
And i am shure this will continue with destiny 2! Bungie always build fantastic games since halo! And destiny was a new franchies start. Off course it had its issues.

4 RepliesOverall, I would have to agree. It's got some tough competition though. Titanfall 2 has much better game mechanics, movement and map designs, but without that loot based element it just doesn't get me to play as much. Overwatch has superior PvP, but has shortcomings. No RPG/loot based elements and no PvE. Call of Duty Infinite warfare has a terrific campaign, but a weak and boring PvP. The Division is a poor substitute in most respects, so it's no competition. Battlefield 1 has awesome PvP. One of the best, but same issues with weak PvE. Destiny is the clear winner for me.

I can agree if you are talking about pve . This game is literally the worst pvp shooter on console yet. Most of the kills in trials come from sidearms and grenades.

I agree. I'd actually say Titanfall 2 however the time to kill is too high for me. I like having time to react to people shooting me, plus the radar in that game is so confusing.

2 RepliesI love PvP and all, but personally, I gotta give the spotlight to Overwatch. Love the system, love the balance, love the fact that it's objective based, and I love the fact that it has ranked and unranked play.

1 ReplySiege. Halo series. Older call of duties and bo2. Battlefield. Titan fall. Goldeneye. Overwatch. Doom old and new. Wolfenstein. Gears of war even. All better games for gunplay and story. You have low standard if you think destiny is the best. All it had was addicting factors that kept people playing like it was a drug.

F.E.A.R. is still regarded as having one of the smartest enemy ai in a shooter. Add to that some pretty unique weapons, levels that push diversity of tactics, an effective yet unforced time distortion mechanic, and the encouragement of exploration, and you've got a pretty fun game. Wish the story wasn't so weird and carried some weight. Also, Battlefront II. Just can't beat a good round of galactic conquest.

MW2. I played for FUN and not for LOOT. And I had SO MUCH FUN, until it was overrun by cheaters.

Let us all agree that there are many games on the market right now that offer their own impressive designs. They're [b][i]all[/i][/b] fantastic shooters!
