Like just a sub forum of non toxic people. And just have a few ninjas banning people that are toxic (just for that sub forum). Like for good feedback and talking about what's awesome about this game. That's where I would be.
Edit: some people agree, some people are salty. At least I tried *shrugs*

Nope. Gaming is entertainment. Entertainment is inherently self-serving. Self-service is inherently self-centered. Self-centeredness cultivates immaturity. Immaturity, unless diluted, becomes salty and bitter. Wrong place to look for maturity, sir.

No because the toxic people are going to come to troll

Not possible. For confirmation see below.

2 RepliesEdited by JungleofTaxemes: 3/24/2017 2:56:07 PMhttps://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/ Over here, we don't scapegoat the shit out of things, and blame the game's ills on complete nonsense, or do things like suggest pvp should be literally removed from the game like that's normal. Or go on about how we hate the game but are somehow still lurking the forums 2 years later :)

Go to reddit for information. Come here for laughs.

2 RepliesThe Destiny subreddit is the place you are looking for. Don't forget that this game has a lot of young people playing too. Toxicity caused by entitlement has been a major thing from the day this game launched.

1 ReplyFor anyone who disliked this - I know.... Truth hurts doesn't it?

Like for good feedback and talking about what's awesome about this game.
So, critical feedback is inherently toxic and should be silenced? Kinda defeats the purpose of having a platform for feedback, don't ya think? You're allowed to voice your opinion, so long as it's the right opinion. That fatal illusion manifests itself in the real world, and it's called the radical l**t. And you know what, it's cancer. The idea that dissenting opinions can be regarded as invalid (thus dispensable) is cancer; bad feedback is not.

5 RepliesThe forums are toxic? I guess I've never noticed this out of my 8 years on the forums.

2 RepliesTry reddit lmao. I wish we could find a good in between. Reddit can be too over the top sometimes, but then again b.net can be too. Why can't we find a happy medium ?

6 RepliesEdited by Kone19ps: 3/24/2017 6:59:34 PMWe try :( can't control the trolls very much though and one days model member unfortunately can turn toxic with one change they don't agree with. I just give everyone a few chances and the better people stick out fairly easily. Most of my discussions here are disagreements but I like to think we keep it fairly civil. Heated but civil. You can't be blindly positive. Constructive criticism rather than berating and shouting though.

1 ReplyThere is nothing awesome. They have ruined this game

Not without an age requirement, forcing linked accounts, and some form of intelligence evaluation.

The good news is that a lot of the toxic asshats are saying they're not going to buy D2. That means they can be left behind along with the D1 gear That's a good reason for the rest of us to buy D2

1 ReplyWon't happen.

That'd pretty much be #community if it hasn't changed in a while. Be the change you want to see.

I hear the Splatoon community is pretty nice. Although once beddy bye time hits it gets pretty quiet.

So much yesssss

1 ReplyWe all trash Destiny, let's face it. We trash on Destiny every five minutes, but in the end we love the game! There's no game we'd rather be playing, there's nothing like it. Bungie and it's player base are like two guys who've been friends forever, they'll trash talk all day long, but in the end they're best friends.

1 ReplyWe've got everything we need for it to be productive, but people are just disgusting.

1 ReplyYou yourself are toxic though..?
