IB is awful
Every single game dominated by lag and shotgun suicide runners and campers... worst I've seen it in a long time.
Edit: to add insult to injury the news update has a picture of a guardian with a matador aimed at you. Seriously??
Edit: you would think with millions of players all paying $30+ at minimum for this product and considering its general success, that bungie could afford a modest 10 story high rise in downtown Seattle to house dedicated servers for their game??? Hahahaha...

1 Replylag is a problem that we as players can't do much about, meta is something we have to figure out and combat.. bungie needs to solve the lag issue, the players need to solve the meta issue.

2 RepliesAnyone know the definition of insanity? Every iron banner this is most common post. Why do you continue to play this broken ass game? You know they never really fix the game. They admit it's broken then 6 months later they apply a patch that breaks 5 other things. Just stop playing it's the worst pvp game out there!

Shotgun campers or sniper campers? Snipers aren't bad that's how snipers are meant to be played. Shotgun campers on the other hand are a giant pain. [spoiler] If you attach buttered toast to the bottom of a cats paws butter side up and drop it, will it just spin in the air? [/spoiler]

If everyone camps, then fine I will too is my view. And everyone camps now and then. It has a military equivalent to it, it is called the ambush. All is fair in combat. Shotgun nuts? Yep! Get a good side arm and get good with it, it can really counter shotgun nuts well. I just started two weeks back and am now comfy with it and actually get more kills now.

Honestly dude, I think you're salty. I've done over 20 matches across my accounts and I have only seen 2 laggy lobbies. Also, I love this agressivness in Iron Banner. I can get primary kills for days,

9 RepliesLooking at your Titan, the problem is you're using an AR and one of the worst sidearms in the game. Put on some OP guns and it will become fun. Also, just learn to stay behind the dumb randys with a pulse or scout

Put on a sniper to force yourself from rushing and play smart. Dont hardscope camp hallways though like a bitch. If you happen to come across a hallway yea ads and if nobody is there move on. Its actually pretty fun being somewhat aggressive with a sniper im not talking about suicide aggressive though. Stay your distance.

4 RepliesFirstly totally agree the matchmaking made the conections worse and the laggers and campers worse, secondly they said they where working on a weapons patch so hopefully primaries get a buff (not pulse there fine)

I only saw one player whose connection status was maybe 1/10 red, with the rest of us being solid green. Granted, that was just one game and I'm only mentioning it because the small amount of red stood out. I didn't see any others with a red bar either before or since then. So far I've collected 7 sidearms, I sniper rifle, 4 rocket launchers, 3 chest pieces, some Artifacts, 1 Ghost (all are 400) and an emblem, on just one character. And that was before getting to rank 5. However, I have nothing left to infuse them into, even across all three characters, so I would hold a free giveaway on the Tower if I could. ;) Edit to add: The point being, the loot is worth it, even if one does experience lag. You can, and often will, get good loot regardless of how well or not you do.

2 RepliesWell that's because people can use mapador all game with all the -blam!-ing special ammo there is. Add that with p2p servers, primaries sucking, and tiny maps and you get this shit-fest.
