How cool would it be to open destiny and see right away who wants to raid?

Okay so I've been playing destiny since it's initial vanilla release. I've seen the ups and major downs of this game and the community. One thing I've always stressed way the ability to find raid groups and trials groups. What I'm getting at is how sweet would it be to pull up your options, go to your roster, and see a designated section of people that have their status set to "need to find raid group" or "looking for trials team" or just some pre-set status you can click on that let's your friends know you need to raid or need people for a raid/crucible. I think it would take a lot of the hassle of finding a group off of the forums and make the in-game experience much better. Thanks, LBenn302

An in game LFG is something I believe needs to be add though I doubt destiny can handle that in its current state hopefully in destiny 2

  • That'd be almost as cool as in-game matchmaking.

How cool would it be if people were actually competent enough to do hard mode. I'm capable of getting to 400 with all three characters over Christmas break and yet some people are just too dumb. If my spelling is wrong I'm not trying to be dumb I am just too lazy to look the word "competent" up in the dictionary. lol

Absolutly not ever no way. If you are nit willing to spend atleast an hour on an lfg maybe 2 hours if you really want to prove that you deserve to play the raid. Everybody knows that a random person that spends an hour or 2 on an lfg site is always a better player & obviously deserves to play the game more than somebody that scrubs in matchmaking for random people. Matchmaking should never be implemented you have to prove you deserve to play first. Thats was the general feeling towards in game lfg or matchmaking. Basically anything that made the game more playable for everyone & not just the exclusive puppys with fireteams was totally shot down & its too late now just forget it move on because destinys community has ripped itself apart with the pvp/pve division & the you dont deserve to play mentality. This new generation of people lets say under 25 years old are the worst generation in history for thinking theyre special & more deserving than others. And yes it is generational.

      • I would agree with you but in my last reply that did that you still told me I was a scrub & a few other things.

      • While it's a great idea, it just doesn't finish off the need. Seeing people who need a raid group is a great start, but I don't want the only pre-req to my group to be you needing a raid, ya know? Now sure, there are plenty of people looking for any group, but I can only imagine how annoying it's going to get with randoms given it's already hit or miss finding decent teammates on LFG or the recruitment page already who can....ya know...actually do the raid...lol

      • I always thought the post master could hold a list. Being with the post master makes it easy to accept the invite.

      • This game or the next needs an in game LFG service. This is not to be confused with automated matchmaking, which is garbage.
