When you join a match and time that has passed should be taken in consideration with your intellect and super cooldown. Let's say you have 300 intellect and a voidwalker, you join to a match that has gone halway according to a timer (5 minutes in clash, supremacy etc, 6 minutes in skirmish, control etc) Anyways max intellect takes 4 minutes to get a nova bomb ready and if that time has passed when you join to a match you start with a super charged. If 2 minutes has passed you will have it halfway done. Just something to make people not quit as soon as they land to a losing match. Of course if the same person reconnects again and again and again he only gets it once on the first time he joins back.
