Okay so here are a few ideas on how to fix Hawkmoon.
1. Return its stats to year 1 and return the LitC damage but keep bloom.
2. Give it a slight range and stability boost and remove bloom
3. Return its stats to year 1 and keep the LitC nerf but give it an intrinsic perk (Outlaw?)
