Go look up the definition of a skill. Aiming well is definitely a skill.

    "skill /skil/ noun the ability to do something well; expertise." Don't see the word aim anywhere in there... Of course having good aim is skillful, but that's not the point. The point is (clearly) that the guy I replied to seems to think aim is the only thing that has to do with skill, which is not true at all.

    the ability, coming from one's knowledge, practice, aptitude, etc., to do something well Maybe you should use your words. Aiming =/= skill (quite literally) means aiming is not a skill. I understand what you were trying to say once you actually said it.
