We at Benevolent Incursion x1 wish everyone in Florida and any other areas affected by Hurricane Mathew safety to individuals and their families. If you have decided to evacuate or stay, we wish you luck, and give you hope that everything will be okay. You all will be in our prayers. This is not a recruitment post. This is a loving community, letting you know that someone is thinking of you as you go through this disastrous situation. God bless. <3
**I mainly said Florida. Yes. However I also said "other areas affected". I was informed a little late. I found out about Florida before reading about Haiti and the Caribbeans." Either way, my post goes towards everyone affected. Thank you all for those who do support. I'm not going for a trending post. I could care less. Just wanted to show I cared...

18 RepliesDang. 8 replies in and no comment yet saying "don't tell me to pray" or "stop praying God is fake". Surprising. I agree with you though, I will be praying for all of you in Florida as well.

4 RepliesNow I know they name them just by going through the alphabet and switching between male and female for each one but they can't come up with or at least use a somewhat scary name can they? "Ooh look it's hurricane Matthew come to destroy everything... oh no what are we going to do?.." What if each one was named after something in Norse mythology - that'd be a lot scarier! "Holy shit it's hurricane muspelheimr! Named after the no-mans-land of fire and desolation coming to destroy us!"

2 RepliesSo many of you think stuff like this is a joke. Where I live. When Katrina hit almost the entire bottom half of the county was flooded. The surge was 28 feet. Just think about that, 28 feet. Water came 12 miles inland. Pass the I-10 line. And since the river is connected to the bay, which is connected to the gulf, water came even further in. Casino barges and bridges washed inland and pushed cars and homes with it. There's a pretty famous picture of the casino barge lying on the highway. Hurricanes are no jokes. I didn't evacuate myself back then. Water came dang close to my house. Even though I'm nowhere near the beach. That's just how far it came inland. But hopefully for those of you in Florida need the beach, you got out. Good luck to everyone. Hopefully none of your homes are severely damaged. Watch out for the looters. No electricity for 2 and a half weeks here after Katrina. You didn't see many people around. You drove around the everywhere was just abandoned. But people would come out at night to loot. So many trees down in my yard they had to crawl through them though.

67 RepliesEdited by Barnabe377: 10/9/2016 2:22:53 AMHAHAHA!!! I'm laughing so hard right now!
Edit: Not anymore
Matthew hit Cuba and Haiti and no-one cares! But when it touches Florida, all these American people do care about it! The situation is worst outside the US (for the Hurricane) and no-one cares! Edit: I never said America as a whole, but about what I saw in this case. A lot of people are triggered, and I would understand if I talked about the whole country. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. Peace and prosperity to everyone who lost someone or a home during the Hurricane. Don't lose faith, even if you walk slowly, you still go forward.
America to its worst

Edit: Written on October 7.
3 RepliesEdited by LibertarianCajun: 10/8/2016 9:10:15 PMI bet 99% of everyone that's pissing on a genuinely thoughtful post because the OP didn't specifically mention Haiti or the Caribbean (they said "other areas affected" for your information) hasn't even done anything to actually help the victims.

F*ck off

2 RepliesSomething like a 800+ death toll in Haiti. That sucks.

Stay safe and take cool vids to go viral

3 RepliesI've got better stuff to do other than dwell on shitty things. It's not like the storm wasn't predicted. If someone dies anywhere but in a shelter it's their own fault
