1) It's proven to be impossible to get raid-ready, which is why noone has completed the raid yet.
2) 365 is perfectly fine for most of the raid, you'll likely struggle at the end.
3) Reputation packages, exotic engrams, Archon's Forge, and Skeleton Key caches will reward items higher than 365.
