Who thinks Icebreaker should come back?
Icebreaker was a great sniper rifle. It's design and unique perk gave it the kick it needed. I remember doing great things with icebreaker and I'd love to make more memories with this exotic weapon. What do you guys think? Should the glory of icebreaker be restored or should it be left behind?

I'd love if it came back. It was my main weapon in year 1, so much so that it's also the signature weapon of my fanfic OC that I didn't start writing for until year 2.

1 ReplyThey will bring it back, after all how many of you have the ballerhorn back or the thorn quest? Lots from reading these forums. Bungie at one point said they were leaving those weapons in the past, yet here they are. If it comes back it will be because WE wont stop asking for it, just like Thorn and Gjallarhorn and others. So in that spirit, Bring back Icebreaker. next big patch/update needs to include Icebreaker.

I love the breaker! We should have access to all exotics and I would love to have it destroy once again, but sadly it's all pipe dreams, I believe this one will stay in our vaults at 170 forever. P.s. It's still fun to run crucible and show the new players what once was! ;)

I'd love to see icebreaker come back! it was my favorite year 1 exotic and is easily still my favorite exotic overall.

Not only should Icebreaker come back, I think there should be a fusion rifle version to balance the Invective. Why should shotties have all the fun of never needing special crates.
