Pre-orders rewards not at postmaster
I pre-ordered from Amazon in July and my gjallarwing reward is not at the postmaster. I can supply screen shots of my order with date and my many contacts with Amazon Nd Sony. They both point me to you. I e tried your Twitter and even tweeted Cosmo in July and never hit an answer.

2 RepliesPre Ordered from Game and was given code for DLC got it downloaded and my pre order rewards of iron g'horn and wing are not at post master. I also should have got as part of a "Game pre order exclusive" a keychain and some post cards but I was told in store that they was on a first come first served basis.........Seriouslt WTF !! they will never have any of my money again !!

I used Amazon for pre-order. No launcher. No sparrow. When I redeemd the code on PSN, my emailed receipt says I got "Destiny: Rise of Iron ()" Not sure what's with the parentheses, or why they're empty. Missing data? Is this pre-order bonus botched up somehow? It is a Sony thing?

Edited by woodvillians: 9/22/2016 9:29:35 AMI am getting a diferent problem I pre ordered the rise of iron from a retailer shop game in uk I went in the shop yesterday to get my code and the keyring and cards and the shop said that activison currier had not arrived it was told to wait a hr went back in and I was told to wait another hr , went back in still not come and after getting a little angry one shopkeeper issued me with the dlc code and the pre order code for gwing but to my anger went through the roi story to find out that I did not get the iron ghorn option is there anything I can do to get the iron ghorn or have I had it ? new update just got in touch with game and they said to get in touch with sony so in short I am getting the classic run around

I have spoken with amazon's customer service multiple times now and have gotten no where. I would like to bring your attention to my discussion with amazon's customer service, their false advertising of the iron sparrow, and their ignorance regarding pre-orders. For the people that pre ordered at game you should be given a pack with a key ring that also has the codes inside I suggest taking your pre order slip back to get the content hope this helps this only applies to people that went to game

3 RepliesCalled amazon last night. Gjallarhorn was sent in a separate email that you have to go to PS store and redeem code. They are not honoring the Gjallarwing as it was never specifically listed with the sale. Some bullshit, paid my $30 like everyone else and only ordered it through amazon because PSN was down that day.

2 RepliesI also pre-ordered from Amazon. Received the code for Gjallerjorn which apparently also came with a spark and emblem. I was able to access the code for the DLC today. Did not receive Gjallerwing so contacted support. They have received many inquiries about this today and rep told me they escalated this to the developers, meaning Bungie. Bungie told them they were not providing Gjallerwing through Amazon. Since the video on the product page was the ad with the Gjallerwing I think we all assumed it would be included. The rep seemed to be saying when Bungie added the Gjallerwing, they never came back to Amazon and updated the sale on Amazon to include it. So looks like we are out of luck. :(

I preordered from gamestop and was credited $30 to my account and received my ghorn and sparrow but cannot buy the game like I was told to because it is only available in the collection bundle, what do I do? I am not going to buy the collection because I already have the rest of the game and only need ROI. I can access the new content from my friends xbox but can't get the spark, which I really need, or the emblem. What do I do?

2 RepliesI pre ordered the game at game mania, and I got the dlc code and the code for gjallarwing, but I did not recieve the iron gjallarhorn. Shopattendent said they had recieved a mail saying that the one code was enough for us to get both the wing and iron horn from the postmaster (postmaster gave me all the other goodies), that if I had a year 1 horn he would have it or if I have finished the year 3 one, I did both still no iron gjallarhorn.

I pre ordered through Best Buy and received my game dlc code immediately...then when the game released yesterday I got sent 2 codes from Best Buy....I imputed the first one which was the iron gally....and the second one I thought to be the sparrow but when I got to the tower I had the gally...spark....emblem....but no sparrow..... the second code I can re enter as many times as I want and ps says thank you your code has been entered but nothing ever shows up.
