Actually they're both Venus just before & after the terraform but most people know it as "mars & Venus"

If you look at your mini map (the thing in the corner of your screen with all the glowing lights and stuff), you can see which side your fire team is on and go to the corresponding side. No need for a call out, just look at your map

When you got teleported did you say "Pre-terraformed Venus (mars) left" or just Mars?

When explaining to people I would just use "mars & Venus" but with seasoned people you really didn't have to say anything. You'd just look at you mini map and the arrow would point to where they were teleported to
