When did they say that year 2 exclusives were going to be available in fall 2016? Do they have to specifically say when exclusives will be available? Of course not.

When they advertised The Taken King, they stated that they were exclusive until "at least Fall 2016". At least meaning once fall 2016 hit, they could become available on Xbox. Now they've decided to lock them away for even longer, so now they won't be available on Xbox until at least Fall 2017.

Yes, but following Y1 content into Y2 EVERYONE was expecting them to drop come ROI. It's misleading at this point.

Things change and they don't always have to tell you. And it's not really a change since they didn't say exclusives will be available in fall 2016.
