SBMM
The lag in SBMM is completely awful, bring back old crucible so we don't have to sweat every match. It's not even fun to play anymore

Crucible is complete S#it now. These new match making settings have made the game the game unplayable and the fun is gone.

7 RepliesSpeaking as someone who's crawled up to 1.0 from a 0.6 KD at the beginning of TTK, I can say that SBMM actually helps people in my place improve and be competitive. I'd say the upper skill tier of PvP players hate SBMM for the lag and sweaty matches, and that hatred is well founded, but without some degree of SBMM 50% of PvP players would be guaranteed a pubstomping in almost every game. Pure CBMM would make it nearly impossible for lower skill players to improve. The pool of lower skill players would get smaller and smaller and games would eventually get just as sweaty. While the system should be based more on connection than it is right now, skill tiers really do need to be taken into account.

29 RepliesSrop using the word "sweaty" when talking about lag. People think you just don't want a challenge. SBMM creates shitty laggy matches because it doesn't know the difference between skill and lag success.

They just need to make it so if you have a red bar you are not allowed to start up a crucible match. If you get a red bar DURING a crucible match, you have up to 30 seconds for connection to stabilize or you're booted. If it stabilizes and connection drops again, you're not given another chance.

They only changed the playlists to prioritise Connection last week. As far as being sweaty, you currently got a negative KD, your going to be in a world of pain once you start coming against players that SBMM has been protecting you from .
