Snipers ARE balanced. You just suck, dude!
And this isn't luck. Luck doesn't happen that often.
Edit: Some people took the title seriously and didn't even bother to watch the video ...
I'd like to thank all the pros for telling me how to play the game based on a 5 seconds clip.

Snipers need more flinch from auto rifles and hand cannons. Other than that they're fine.

It's called "luck" for a reason. Not arguing about the entire topic, just thought I'd point that out. Luck can happen as often as it likes, hence the reason why it's random chance.

There needs to be more flinch and weapon sway. Its too damn easy to snipe

Well normally when you're getting shot it's hard to land those sniper shots, but you have HCR on, so there's something wrong with that. HCR should have done a [i]lot[/i] more flinch than for him to be able to do that.

1 ReplyWhenever I shoot at a sniper in front of my, I strave if you don't know what that is, it's move left and right. If you would have done that while shooting that guy you would have lived.

Now I'm guilty of hardscoping also but I can also quick scope as well. Nothing makes u feel better than being able to pick off a guardian in midair with a precision hit. If given the option I run a agile scope because I don't need to hide at the back of a map to get kills.

4 RepliesI have that exact same role..it happens man. For one you wasn't strafing enough and you also should have used an emote to peak with. You were a decent distance away from him so that gives him more reaction time to line up. Unless I had a sniper equipped, I wouldn't have even took that route. Several of destiny's best put it like this more or less. Move through the map as if there is a sniper around every corner and that will make you better prepared to challenge them. Almost all of my sniper deaths come from counter snipes or I accidentally stepped into a lane while fighting another guardian.

I recently was unloading Monte Carlo with High Caliber Rounds into a guy and he sniped me from about 10 meters away. That should never be able to happen. Edit: and like you said, it's not luck. I see that kind of thing happening all the time.

2 RepliesThey're "balanced" because you "sniping 1337 gods of destiny wannabe sweatsszzzzz" cried about blink and shotguns, leading to them being nerfed. Not saying I blink shotty, I ran sunsinger shotty but now run blade shotty w/ double jump. Either way, to defend snipers after crying against shotguns and blink, is pretty stupid tbh.

2 RepliesEdited by ThankYouBungle: 8/7/2016 2:58:53 AMYou missed a burst and he was able to acquire the target before you shot the next burst/died. Don't miss next time and you won't die. Stagger doesn't linger meaning even a split second of no stagger can work to a good snipers advantage.
