Have you only check the first page. There is glitch that stops the player from going to the next page of the kiosk. To remedy this just select every quest on the first page to cycle the quests on page 2 to page 1

Than unfortunately you will have to get the quest again on another character

How Amanda holiday won't give it to me even though I have the last word

You may need to have the last word in the inventory of your female character as well
