There is no excuse good enough. I am tired of seeing this sin. It should be illegal and punishable by banishment. What is this unspeakable act?
Rule 3: Wearing only one peice of taken gear is an act of terror and is the ultimate sin.
Edit: I love the full sets, they look cool. Just not without the full set.
-
I think that once the full taken gear is unlocked, a taken shader should be unlocked, which would make any setup work
-
I really like the way the whole set looks together. The only problem is all the taken gear I got has no build purpose to it. Head piece is the only one that functions as a set. It is way to random. Mine is all hand canons and sidearms with a lot of strength.

3 RepliesWow. All the jerk hate comments below. Im sorry, man. Guess too many people like pitchfork waving instead at reading your tone from the post.
-
The warlock helmet piece looks great on its own. Reminds me of the old Nightfall days when you got the blue fire for completion only in evil black.
-
Ayy lmao
-
Agreed, the cloak and warlock coat aren't to bad with the right shader, not sure about the titan mark though. As for legs only or any other on it's own looks bad only my opinion though. Sometimes seeing the whole set i end up shooting and realising it's a fellow guardian (sorry if I've shot at you, unless it's in the crucible). Fun post.. :-)

7 RepliesI like when people just wear Taken pants. They look like some weird half-naked albino.
-
Class items are acceptable alone, but just legs are the worst
-
I find it annoying, truth be told, because it makes friendlies look like hostiles. If Destiny had friendly fire, I expect Taken armor would have been a very short-lived phenomenon.
-
4 RepliesHunters get 3 Taken helmet styles...
-
THANK YOU
-
My titan looks great in game. Imo
-
3 RepliesHunters with just the helm and cloak with a black shader look good
-
i dont like it when it is full either .
-
i like any taken armor they wear, i have it all but dont wear it. it makes people really easy to see and kill because they are dang glowing and don't camouflage with anything. lit up like a christmas tree
-
Lol. This forum post.. Just lol
-
I do this intentionally sometime just because RNG doesn't see fit to bless me with arms and legs.
-
If the stats are better than my other stuff then I'm going to wear it shhhh
-
I think the warlock helm looks cool with a black shader on reg armor. I don't really play with my warlock, but I saw this the other day. Shy of that though, I agree. It looks terrible.
-
Anti liberty discussion. I have a full set but the combined perks are crap so I don't use it. Just the boots work fine for my titan. Dance baby!
-
Wearing Full set is worse I keep trying to friendly fire the taken blueberries
-
1 ReplyWell I'm sorry if I don't look fabjabulous enough for you, but who wouldn't use a pair of desolate gauntlets with a perfect roll so STFU about cosmetics, function over fashion
-
1 ReplyPisses you off so bad you have to make a post about it? I'll have to make sure I wear my few pieces of taken armor I have from now on just in the off chance I run into you. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
Have you even seen a warlock using Light Beyond Nemesis, Taken gauntlets, Kings Fall chest, Taken boots and revenant? Trust me on this one, it looks amazing.
-
Actually the Warlock chest piece + Ram and regular boots and gloves looks bad ass. Assuming you use a dark or black shader.
-
Yeah I agree. Wearing no taken armor is alright, a full set looks cool, but wearing only part of it? It's a sin to fashion.
