Nova Bomb.
-
Both pls
-
A means for defense and offense buff. Def bubble.
-
Weapons of light stacks with the sun breaker melee but tether doesn't stack because it takes priority plus bubble shields from damage and depending on the build weapons of light last longer but bubble can't kill on its own.
-
Bubble. Tether is pretty much restricted to offensive support, bubble has defensive options as well as offensive, although tether will net you more orbs consistently
-
A WoL buff with Illuminated actually buffs your damage the same amount that a Shadowshot weakens an enemy's armor. I'd rather have a bubble though because it lasts longer.
-
Tether may create more orbs, but the shield as well as the buffs from the bubble are better than a few extra orbs. & this is coming from someone with no titan.
-
Depends what perks are being used. If a nightstalker is using quiver, it isn't much of a team benefit. Bubble is also situational, depending on how it's used. I do t think there is a "best" for either offense or defense. It all depends on perks and the player, as well as team mate awareness.

Honestly, neither one is really better than the other. In certain situations, one might outshine, but as a whole, neither is really better, you know? With the bubble, you have a couple of options as far as team buffs go. Weapons of light is great if you want your teams DPS to go through the roof, and blessings really helps even hunter tank a lot of damage, which is fun. Armor of light is silly, but effective if you can use it right. With shadow shot, on the other hand, you can do the same thing as far as shooting your teams DPS up, but it's in a singular location. The damage output is significantly higher, but for a lower amount of time. But the shadow shot can also buff your team or restore their supers, depending on which of the passives you pick for it. But the most important situations you'd be using these, raid and strike bosses, you really want both. It makes things sickeningly quick. Neither is better. It's just situational.

Essentially its the idea of team buffs vs enemy debuffs. While both are extremely useful and potent team buffs tend to lend themselves better to both the experienced players who can make the most of the buffs and inexperienced players since it provides a measurement of safety. Also typically in games with debuffs some/most enemies are immune to certain ones, wouldnt be surprised if destiny follows a similar part.

I love Nightstalker like a father loves their kids BUT...I gonna have to say Bubbles. They provide a safe stop to restore health and can be using to either continue they same damage output you were doing or you can do more depending on the perk the Titan chooses.
-
Bubble. Not can i protect my teammates, i can make more orbs then a nightstalker can dream, and they are all large orbs, not the pitiful ones nightstalker makes with light of the pack
-
Bubble, tethers nice but bubble will always be king of support lol
-
PvP or pve fool

This was a tough question. I was going to say the obvious, "Tether is better for offense, bubble for defense" but then I started think about all the scenarios in which I see bubbles used in PvE. All over the raid, usually in cooperation with tether, for both offensive and defensive purposes. Staying alive on totems, buffing for WoL and staying alive on Warpriest and Golgoroth and for laying waste to ogres and ads on Oryx. So, I guess simply for versatility, I'll say bubble is the better support.

Bubble Duration says it all
-
As a long time bubble user, i love having tether support. Its much more viable at raid dps than WoL. But if u need a place to rally nothing beats the bubble bunker
-
2 RepliesBubble noobs use it. Plus people need two bubbles in raid sucks. Learn to get better
-
This all comes down to preference. I prefer bubble for PvE I never used tether.
-
1 ReplyI would say bubble mainly because it stays there longer, however it is extremely vulnerable to FoH, Nova bomb or Stormcaller.
-
For offense: Tether is great at making orbs, increasing players dps, and incapitating enemies so you can attack them. For defense: Bubbles is good at giving players buff and protecting allies.
-
3 RepliesTether. Cuz you see a lot more of those during a match... To find a bubble, you must be lucky or you have to be that titan.
-
1 ReplyTether, because it shuts down supers. It would easily be a top tier super if teammates actually realized: Seeing a tether = Enemy is extremely vulnerable. On the other hand, not only will the bubble not tank supers, but you'll die when it pops as well.

Depends, overall in general ward is better, but there are times that quiver is more effective.
-
Depends on the situation. They both have their benefits and which one is better is all preference to the teams play style, needs and whether it is PvE or PvP.
-
It all depends on the situation. There is no universal right answer.
