A 320 ghost?
Really bungie? Why on earth would you think a 320 ghost is an appropriate rank 5 reward?
I'll tell you now, there's not a single person who hit rank 5 that wanted a 320 ghost, not a single one.
Why not make it like all other rewards, within 5 light of your overall light level?

B) New players who are still leveling their characters(these people [u]do[/u] exists, you know). or C) People who have restarted characters and haven't saved any higher light ghosts from earlier characters. Just sayin' :)
