Over 9 months in and people still suck on KF
Last night was the first time I raided in weeks and I gotta say it wasn't a very good impression. I figured by now that people would know how to run heroic KF, but that got shut down when it took the party 2 hours to make it from the start to Oryx. 5 attempts later and everyone scatters like roaches. I swear I heard some guy bitching that the reason we were failing was because I wasn't using my ToM, but he rage quit because he kept sucking on his plate and -blam!-ed it up for us on the last cycle.
Another funny thing is how everyone thinks that titans should use their ToM on the ogres and that you have to have two titans using their bubble at the same time. I was melting the ogres with sleeper simulant plus my eirene faster than the other guy using his ToM. It was funny how these guys were like "omg where's your ToM?!".
Can't wait to see what happens on my other two shitheads today!

Why are you surprised? With the scrubs that still play this game, I bet 90% still haven't or can't finish VoG

You also don't need that many ToM if everyone have high light lv. I prefer constant dps and unlimited ammo but whatever suits your play style.

335 titan willing to help and get a raid done had about 6-8 clan mates on 360 that loved taking a low light through raid for first time if any one needs a lil bit of help shoot my gt a mes also looking for weekly raiders to join The knights who say nee we are still on x360 and me the founder has switched to x1 again feel free to mes gt above for helps

I was just reading a few of the replies to your post. There seems to be so many experts that speed run this and that. Why don't they just help out some other guardians instead of acting all superior.

The problem isn't that people suck it's that people want to speed through it and if people are not exactly what they want then they get salty. People should remember that everyone sucked at one point. Morons saying to people all the time "how did you die?" why did you die?. Maybe it's the blam!ing masses of ads trying to kill us all you muppet!

2 RepliesThink I've done normal mode once where i didn't have a clue i was stuck on the checkpoint on the jumping ship lol because i was jumping on the wrong one. Always joined others doing hard mode never completed it though, got as far as daughters, only haven't killed oryx yet

Thats why communication is the key.. after a wipe or 2 i ask the person dying if they know what to do and quickly and simply explain the strat. Not in a mean way either. And high light levels now don't equal experience. I gotta admit i never use sleeper on ogres.. im a creature of habit.

I had my first two hour run in long time on reset. Usually get all three done in about that much time. I was a little pissed. Raid feels pointless now honestly.

I'd rather run CoE, I can do nm KF but not Hm Kf, CoE is a lot more fun and can acquire 335 gear from it so to me there's no point to even doing Hm Kf at all.

I was unable to play for a couple of months just after hard mode came out. When I came back, no one wanted to do Oryx on hard unless it was the challenge. Then they would fail and blame me for not using ToM. Two weeks ago I got a group of acquaintances who had never played all together as a group and we beat the whole raid in under 2 hours. I think only 2 or 3 people were using ToM and no one cared. As you said, Sleeper kills ogres faster, staggers Oryx faster, and I personally just find it to be super fun to use.

6 RepliesYeah it's retarded about ToM I don't use it any more other than sisters just cause it's easier. But you don't NEED it. Is it helpful yes. Is it a requirement no. Same with black spindle. I use hung jury and 1000 yard stare or longbow which ever I feel like doing and make it through the raid each and every time and hardly ever die once from start to end. Now titans being in the raid help alot with that bubble. But ran it with mostly hunters before and no one died. I refuse to join a game where people put so many restrictions even now asking for at least 330 light. When I see that mostly means it's a bunch of people needed to be carried.
