I think that you should be able to keep it forever but replace the deadly shot with rocket launcers that spray acid that deals DoT to everyone around the entire map. Setting fire to the character while they have the gun is also a good idea, so then we can all complain about fire being too strong for flesh! Nerf Blade Dancer?
