I didn't make it to 320 because I don't see any advantage it gives me. If you're 311-320 it's fine.

No point since infusion will work the way we wanted it to starting April 12th. Makes the grind less hardcore

I won't. Then again I haven't played since H5 released. However with my luck during the raids I would have never hit 320 anyway with how the game made it a point to drop mostly gear worse than what I was wearing.

I'm not, but the light and drop system is a joke right now so I am not even going to try. I honestly don't know why they didn't make it like the April update (Things dropping at or near your light level, and being able to infuse it wholly into another piece of gear. One of the major reason that I quit for a while was because I felt like I was making 0 progress and because they took away elemental primaries (which was pretty much endgame PVE gear, still don't know why it didn't make a return). Still rather pissed a Bungie for a lot of shit they did at the start of year 2, but at least I have a reason to play a game I like again.

Since I'm 318, no I think if I'm lucky I could do it. Or at least try for 319. Things are looking grim though....

I don't care. The new light level system made max level not matter as much. I'm just trying to gear I want. Almost have a full set of Int/Dis KF armor for my Titan and finally got a Zoauli's Bane with Firefly. It's not a good weapon, but I like it.

4 RepliesFor me it's I will never get my 3rd character to 320. I a missing only a lousy 320 class item. They are super rare, but perhaps not as rare as getting a 320 ghost from the raid.

Yep. Juat did all the challeneges. Oryx has only dropped one single helmet for me since ive been playing. Everything else is 320.

Not that I actually care; I've taken a break from Destiny since The Division and the latest Fallout 4 DLC are both out now. However, I never chased 320 light in the first place, because it just wasn't worth the effort (and I would have had to do King's Fall, which after you've done it once, is not so very entertaining). But even if I wasn't playing other games at the moment, I wouldn't be able to hit 320 that soon--the grind is too unreliable.
