Dark Zone Etiquette 101
1. If you approach an extraction that you didn't call in and see a group standing there, [i]do not[/i] jump in and hook up your shit until everyone on that team has hooked up and stepped away.
If you try to take the spot of someone on the extracting team, you will be killed and your shit looted.
2. If you see a group fighting NPCs in an attempt to regain the drop from a fallen teammate, do not take the opportunity to rush ahead and steal the dropped gear.
You will be killed and your shit looted.
3. Do not flash bang strangers because you think it's cute.

4. Do not point your gun at strangers. We can't read your mind and, frankly, don't care if you're being cute or playing tough.

Etiquette smettiquette, you're wasting your time with these losers. They have no real life and live vicariously through their online toons. Most of em still live with mommy and daddy, work at Wal Mart or GameStop and jackoff to anime. The only way they can " win" is online, bc there's no way in hell they'd actually nut up to someone in "real" life. They have no honor, they get pushed around all day than come home load up a toon and get "revenge". Their finger smells like their own bunghole. They have no concept of Honor among thieves or Convict code or any other set of unwritten yet understood code of conduct.

Need to update the etiquette. If I see you running toward a supply drop you will be shot on sight no questions asked.

There is [b]no[/b] etiquette in a zone where the developers encourage traitorous play. No one is going to follow those rules because they'll be restricting themselves.

I was level 6 in the dark zone surviving like a real mother trucker. Killed by level 17 who thought it was a 1v1 with 3 extra teammates.

I'm patient. I'm willing to wait for the second extraction. Even if I've extracted I'll find cover and shoot down any AI that show up. I play by two of the three roadhouse rules. 1- Never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected. 3- Be nice until it's time to not be nice. Rule #2 is about not fighting in the bar so that's covered.

5 RepliesLmao freaking love the dark zone. Went rogue all day yesterday, stole 4 high ends, that made 7 High ends stolen from my weekend. Out of that I stole A midas. 1 sniper 2 fire arms mod A holster A performance mod And a compensator. Funniest part was thoigh, the 4 high ends from Sunday were from other dumb rogues!! I got 3 from one guy! He attacked my teamate who was putting a high end holster on rope, he killed my friend and stole the holster, there were so many other players around I picked up the gold the rogue took, and turns out he had 2 other high ends before robbing my mate. I got 3 in total from that guy. The other my friends and i were on man hunt, we decided it was our last run for the night so let's run around and kill as much as possible. We run into another group on man hunt. And we got our asses beat. But then, through sheer luck and their stupidity, we res each other and come back. We kill 2 guys and 1 if them drops a high end. But. His 2 teamates left take it and run! We chase them down, kill them, and they don't drop it. We run off thinking we probably didmt really see it... unless... it was a private drop!!! We rush back, the same guy we just killed suddenly has gear. We jump him. Take him out out. He had the Midas as a private drop.. Good day man... love the dark zone. Sorry for wall of text, bored in class lol
