Best shotgun in the game?

I miss vault of glass and how the sword breaker could melt minotaurs after they buffed shotguns damage all that time ago. Found verdict is still a beast. I remember getting it and realised it made that exotic invective obsolete.

Dry-rot Felt Invective & BOP are beast in the right hands!! ROF is the key! Almost forgot how much love blade-dancers have for the 4th horseman, would imagine the same for bug-zappers ERR sith-lords EERR Stormtrance's. It's a nasty shotty but chews up too much ammo.

For PvE my favorite was Lord of Wolves.. that thing was a monster. PvP I'd have to say my Matador was the best.. until my shot package got taken away.

HoW Felwinters, A Dark Below variant doesn't have max range with hammer forged and aggressive ballistics anymore. Found verdict would be the best pve shotgun if it could be infused.
