Hardest Accomplishment Ever in a Video Game You've Achieved.
That vertical rising sky level on Super Mario Bros 3, with the fiery flying chain chomps.... Shivers. Comment yours, even if it's a boss level. Maybe even Soloing Croat first time ever.

I know it's not particularly hard compared to some but completing ME2 on insanity mode was probably my best.
