Seriously I'm not raiding anymore
This is ridiculous. Takes me hours to find a team, takes hours to do raid, and we don't even complete it because someone rage quits or etc. Moreover, 90% of people on he forums are jerks. Bungie, it's not fair to casual gamers that we have to do this. This community is toxic and everyone either has requirements or don't want to put up with the time. What's really the point anyway? The way your updates and dlc's are going ttk raid gear will eventually be rendered useless. Why can't you go back to how you guys did HoW? Esthetic light made everything relevant and it was more casual and less stressful. I don't want it to be easy but is stupid to have us stress over a game. Please take what I am saying into consideration. Thank you.

2 RepliesI haven't completely given up on the raid, but it's no longer a priority. Most times I get nothing but moldering shards unless we do a challenge and, honestly, the light levels have been Nerfed to a point where it doesn't really matter that much. I get new weapons and bring them to 310 with exotics. If I happen to get something above 310 in a raid or trials or whatever... Great... If not, I'm sick of spending two hours getting moldering shards.

Everyone running it has done it a thousand times and still hasn't hit 320, or maybe has not even gotten their hard mode shader. They don't want to run it at all, but they feel invested at this point. Basically, everyone is pissed they still need to do the raid for the thousandth and one time to get whatever BS still hasn't dropped for them. All MMO communities turn toxic when it takes too long for fresh content to come out for this same reason. It's this point where the game turns into a chore and isn't fun anymore.

3 RepliesI'm getting close to being done simply because the rewards are crap. It's just not worth doing. Three separate runs this week and not one single primary from Oryx. Not one. I've loved this game from the start, but now I'm just bitter and disgusted with it.

3 RepliesI really feel like raiding with pugs has made me a much better player, it forces you to learn every role and different strategies for each fight, if someone goes down you easily know how to adapt to keep the run going. That being said when I scan the forums for a group I always look for a group that only needs 1 or 2 so I have a better chance of playing with a cohesive team, or a group that has already taken a few tries at whatever stage they're on and are already warmed up.

7 RepliesYou need to start posting with requirements, of you just post like a nice person would do, you will get really bad players that thinks that the nice guy is going to be ok with carrying their asses. No. You post and require experienced people that know all roles and enjoy riding and completing in the time it should be completed. Don't be afraid to be a little bit of an asshole, I ran the hard mode while being a 300 in my sons account and even then I required only the best players because that is what I do when I raid, we complete everything in the first try and when there are wipes we don't get 100 of them.

2 RepliesI still haven't beat Oryx on HM. Spent 2 hours trying to get him last night. I've only managed to complete KF 2x on normal. It is hard finding a group of third party sites and even harder to keep them all together when things don't go easy. The ppl I played with all left this game before Thanksgivng so I'm stuck mostly as a solo with the occasional random person who's added me to their friends list. Hell I still haven't managed to get the damn Spindle with randoms from third parties. We'd get down to the last couple enemies and we'd run out of time, so I've pretty much given up bothering with trying to get it. This company sure puts an emphasis on forming your own team but that's not the easiest thing to do. First you have to weed through all the asshats and jackwagons who want 318+ w/ 320 everything's and who have beat the raid 50x that week. Then you have to hope that the group you're in doesn't decide to kick you at the worst possible moment because their buddy just got online and he needs this raid clear. Honesty, sincerity, kindness and patience are traits not very dominant in many of the ppl I've met off LFG and the recruitment forum. There are some out there you just gotta wade through all the bullshitters till you find them.

3 Replies1. If you want to raid regularly, join a clan. Dealing with LFG is simply not worth the headache. 2. If you don't want to raid...then don't. There are lots of other tings in the game to do and enjoy. I havent' done the raid in almost a month.

1 ReplyBungie, i did think long and hard about commenting on this site regarding the disappointing raid finder section and how no one of my friends list now play and as i work away am desperate to raid when home but can't due to lack of team interest. Get it fecking sorted Bungie, i want to play your game but you keep making it impossible. I'm getting to the point where I'm tempted to throwing the disc into bin with frustration. You are your own worst enemy.

1 ReplyYea I don't care how much DLC they add, I'm not playing until they fix the loot drop system. There is no point in playing the Raid if all you get are moldering shards and weapons under 310. The weapon drops suck in PvP too it's a total waste of time.

3 RepliesLast time I was raiding, there was a guy playing a computer game while raiding with us!!! We could hear him klick on his keyboard!!!!! Fvcking dummasses!!! 1 tip: try to get 6 froends u do it with regularly, otherwise the new raid is a pain in the asss.
