I was 1-hit killed near the spark by fusion rifle…
Seriously, when a high number of post in this forum is claiming Fusions are trash, I have been denied slamming at the rift by fusions, mostly Plan C and Thesan, numerous times throughout this IB and it is a 1-hit kill at longer range than Conspiracy Theory-D.
Are fusions really trash or the players who are good at using them are a small group of fusion rifle pros?
Would like to hear from you players who main Fusions, and what's your favorite?

I had shot someone who had just grabbed the spark with the nlb and it hit for a whopping 87, on memento, he was on one end of the hall where the spark spawned, I was on the other, so wasn't very far. Then on a different map I hit someone for 353 with nlb who had the spark and was farther away. Yea, I know, not about fusions.

1 ReplyIf you get a fusion with the sight that says 'significantly improved handling', it will be pretty awesome I have found. They are so good in inferno as you can bait people around corners easily.

2 RepliesTelesto is a slow OHOK if you are fairly close, and all bursts hit. Midha's Reckoning is a faster kill but harder to land all pf the shots at longer ranges

8 RepliesFusion rifles are not trash, they are actually very good. They aren't as easy to use as snipers or shotguns or even sidearms though, you need to practice with fusions to be good with them and know where to aim and charge your shots. What I think makes them different is that with fusions l, different ones have different recoil, range, and power which can make the way you use it completely different whilst shotguns and snipers don't change at quite the level fusions do. You just have to know what your fusion is capable of and where to aim and what range is best for it. I have used fusions since day one, in fact, the same fusion. Yes, I use a year 1 damage fusion in year 2, and it still obliterates in one shot if you use it right. So its impossible for them to be trash. Think I have the fusion equipped on my hunter if you want to see what it is.

Fusion rifles aren't bad. I just think everyone assumes there bad because everyone says they are. They don't give them a chance. Fusion rifle kills are some of the best looking kills in the game, able to kill in one-shot from farther range than any shotgun. People just don't know how to use them or refuse to use them.

All specials can be deadly at the right distances. I like fusions since they sit in between Sniper and Shotgun ranges mostly. My favorite: Long far gone. I had a hitchhiker I really liked for a long time but the LFG just eats foes.

I shot one dude 3x w a fusion rifle and he didn't die. He was also lagging.
