Warlocks, Titans, and hunters have void, solar, or arc attacks that burn! If my warlock hits you with a ball of fire you should BURN! DoT is critical to this game because Sunsingers perks are built around DoT and it makes that class actually usable in both PvE and PvP. Instead of whining about every little thing that kills you stop playing Destiny or outplay the people that keep beating you. I don't use classes with burn perks and I have no problems kicking ass in the crucible.
