It seems people will always want to grasp on to something to hate/complain about. Can't we all just enjoy the Star Wars movies without analyzing the crap out of everything? Sure, all the movies have ups and downs. Sure, Rey may be seen as a Mary Sue, which she kinda was, but we could say the same thing about Anakin and Luke. Even as a major Star Wars fan, I still think if we all just stopped nagging every detail about the movies we love, we can all enjoy them more.
Also, we better brace ourselves, because Disney just confirmed another Indiana Jones movie.

What exactly is wrong with analyzing movies? And what harm can come of it? Personally I enjoy analyzing movies and I'm willing to bet that most of the people on this thread have enjoyed posting their thoughts as well. That may even include you.

If you enjoy it, continue doing what you want. I'm not here to tell you what you can and cannot do. But I can state an opinion, just like you and everyone else in this thread.

Yes your opinion was and I paraphrase "why can't we enjoy the movies instead of analyzing the crap out of them." I never said you couldn't state your opinion. In fact I'm pretty sure I said that everyone is this thread including you enjoyed stating their opinions. It sounded like you didn't like the fact that people were analyzing, discussing, and stating their opinion about the film.

We're going in circles talking about analyzing and opinions. You have your opinion, I have mine. I think you have made sure to tell me what we've both said a few times times. Since people enjoy restating things, I will again say I'm not here to tell you what to do. But it also works both ways. Thanks for the conversation, but we're going nowhere.
