Make SRL no contact
Sick of these people that always hit you out of the way. You know you're the best driver when you race clean and get ahead legitimately. But when people bash you into walls or make you miss gates and you lose because of people like that, its really unfair.
If SRL comes back can you have a contact mode and a no-contact mode because I understand that people like to do what they do and they shouldn't be stopped but people like me don't hit so I'm just wondering.

I understand that this is a part of the game. That does not make me like it though. I have run just over 300 races with 52 wins and I always race clean. If a player is that bad or that much of jerk that they have to stoop to what is a little above cheating than they are scrubs anyway. Incidental contact is gonna happen for sure and that is fine. In the end it is not a huge deal for me one way or the other as I am only racing for the drops using my 3 of coins.

Sometimes it counts and oh maybe it doesn't next time and you go through it the same exact way. Or the sudden ghost hand that reaches out from a wall and says "Nope you are being sucked over and stopped"

I've raced cars and bikes for years and let me tell you if you finish a race and then go and bitch to another driver that bumped you you would get your teeth knocked out and asked to not come back lol

Here's the thing: "Rubbing is Racing" is a completely valid statement. Except, I don't believe the quote was in reference to the context of Rocket-powered hoverbikes that defy Physics, all the while being shot at by space aliens, and whose speed is determined by going through holographic checkpoints.

I wait about 5 seconds after the start before I go. This way, everyone pretty much bumps everyone else into walls or off the track. It's pretty effective

Agree, don't know how many times the guy in first wins simply because the others are playing like twits........for goodness sake, wake up and chase down the #1 guy instead of playing Mario Cart.

The problem is that 4/6 drivers know they are the best on the track at the start... They just get bumped on the way to the first gate. And will give what they get.

The douchebags treating it like a demo derby make it infuriating but rubbin's racin'. It does get fun baiting those types into wiping themselves out and watching them tumble down the standings due to their own over-aggression.
