When week 1 PoE launched players flooded the forum "it's too easy". Qodron shows up on rotation and everyone loses their mind saying Qodron was too hard. Qodron even got nerfed.
Challenge mode finally hit 24hours old and even the youtubers are whining about challenge mode. Guess there aren't any Seattle trips any the next three months.
King's Fall loot complaining has surpassed Vault of Glass forever 29 complaints. Bungie finally gives you a means of getting guaranteed loot at 310-320. This is feedback YOU have been giving for 3 months. Now you want to scoff at the loot because the challenge mode was easy on the first week?
This is an example of the community being pissy for the sake of being pissy. And that's coming from an inactive Destiny hater. I'm not saying treat Bungie like heroes for fixing the loot mistake they made. I'm saying don't punish Bungie for fixing mistakes.

1 ReplyWent from 311 to 313 just by breathing the Warpriest. I am happy.

Got my main Titan up to 316 with a 320 artifact and Sniper with firefly. I'm pretty happy about this weeks challenge mood, no complaints here. Wonder what the rumors on beating golgoroth CM will be?
-
1 ReplyI was 100% satisfied with challenge mode. I finally got 320 drops! Excited for golgoroth so I can get 320 gear finally.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Shadow_Legion: 12/4/2015 5:43:05 PMHard mode should always have given 320 drops. Just like VoG, CE and PoE gave max level drops for their releases. They -blam!-ed that up. Just because challenge mode gives drops that we were supposed to get anyway does not mean all is now well. Challenge mode not being a challenge is a problem.
-
21 RepliesChallenge mode wasn't even designed to make the raid harder. It's Bungie's way to help prevent the forever light level 318/319 or what ever stuck at light level from happening. Remember back when vanilla got Dark Below and Bungie promised not to allow the forever 29 thing to happen ever again? Yea this is the fix for that. People are complaining about it because they don't understand that.

Here is the problem I have with Challenge mode- Drops should have been at 310 (for normal) and 320 (for hard) Right off the bat. We shouldn't be locked into one guaranteed 320 drop per week. Bungie didn't fix their mistake. They just tried to mask it by putting in more delayed content, that gives us one reward (which we should have been getting all along).

8 RepliesYes! Instead of complaining about things being too easy, lets look at pictures of puppy's instead... Aww Mr Snugglesworth, why are you yawning, are you all tuckered out? Do you need a nap and hug? Yes you do!
-
I recall that Qodron often ended up killing people before the Jailbreaker could even begin to help people with their bubbles, and that the Qodron Eye didn't always end up spawning, leaving people SOL.

3 RepliesFor Oryx Challenge mode. Kill all knights. All ogres. Set off only two bombs per round. only 2 dps can shoot oryx You're Welcome. Now CRY BITCHES CRY!

1 ReplyThis guy ^
doesn't know what the -blam!- he is talking about..
1 ReplyI made comments similar recently. Bungie has made mistakes, obviously, but to bitch about them alleviating the gear problem? Dumb.

And the so called hardcore community players need to learn how buisness works they are 1 % of the people playing destiny they dont drive the sales for this game . Wether you like it or not thats how buisness works so stop whining planetdestiny and all hardcore streamers just because you play this game 24/7 doesnt mean that you own it .

People are going to complain. They gave us 320 shit. I'm happy about that. Yes I wish it was a little more complicated, but whatever.
-
I think it is a little too easy and not much for the hype but whatever. Would have been cool if there was like two warpriest or something wild.
-
9 RepliesPersonally, I'm complaining because I see no reason why it shouldn't have been released when hard mode was.

1 ReplyThank you for the logic

3 RepliesEdited by gallp13: 12/3/2015 7:52:12 AMThe 1% elite YouTube set who pretend to speak for the average joe hate it cos it doesn't met their needs. We like it ........ What do you conclude from this ?

LOL! So true.

9 RepliesIt's because challenge mode is just recycled content. It got all hyped up, and the only difference is that we have different aura grabbers, and kill the Warpriest in 2 runs instead of 3.

3 RepliesEveryone complains they can't get enough 320 stuff. Bungie adds a fun little challenge that dropped max normal and hard mode gear and people complain. Kings fall challenge is too easy yet everyone cries like a bitch over SABRE and what we gun someone shot them with in crucible.
-
So, interesting thing happened. Ran with a group. Blew the challenge. Sure, it shouldn't have happened. But it did. Sucks for sure. Rewards for still beating warpriest on hm. Moldering shards. Now, had the challenge been successful, insure id be happy. But here is the thing, got nothing from a regular run. That's been a huge complaint. I hadn't done normal either. So got nothing at all from normal or hard other than 2 shards. That's frustrating for sure.

Edited by unspoken threats: 12/2/2015 7:58:01 PMHere's the problem I have: Cozmo recently sticky'd a thread about kings fall loot drops. He said he put the issue on the wish list but had no announcements at the time of the post. In comes challenge mode. Is this the fix? If so its lackluster as all hell because many don't want to bridge an indefinite gap for the opportunity at maximum light that will become obsolete shortly after. If it's not the fix hard mode still needs to be addressed, and to me that's more important than the guarantee you get at the end of the rainbow. If I'm mistaken about loot drops and they've already been mended then the thread Cozmo made should be removed or edited with resolve.
