Isis is not nearly as organized as the Nazi party. They are a terror group that can only advance by small attacks, the Nazi party was able to move on countries and conquer a large portion of Europe, before being dumb and trying to attack Russia. Isis has pissed off a lot of countries with the rise in terror threats.
