Stop running from Sunbreakers!

(Posted this in another thread, but figured I'd make it it's own topic) The problem with Sunbreakers and why they appear to be so overpowered is everyone running from them. [b]Of course it's OP when your back is to it. [/b] Here's how to beat Sunbreaker when playing with a team (easier with fireteam, but totally doable with randoms, if they don't get scared and run) 1. Hear Sunbreaker 2. DON'T RUN 3. Space yourselves out a bit (you should be doing this anyway) 4. FOCUS FIRE (sniper rifles are great for this, but primaries work too) 5. Win Pay close attention to #2 and #4, they are in caps because they are the most important! [i]Also, for those who will no doubt say I don't have the experience, this is my new alt character, I've been here since the alpha. [/i]

          • I think that you cant expect to with againts any super if the person is good bcus they are op. Fight super with super, dont have one then run like a bitch. Xd

                    • I didn't run was actually just 'hiding' behind a box debating what to do when the tink went off, I took all 6 hammers for the team. Apparently he thought there was more than one person hiding. So I consider that a good waste of hammers, the other 5 teammates were safe. I also managed to shoulder charge one (I main a defender so anything else is a learning curve). He didn't feel it. So I gave up on that. If there was a breaker around, I just run and let the hammers/armor run out.

                    • Problem is, there is 5 other people on the team. It's not 1v5. And next problem is he can usually take 2 or 3 down with him. So why chance it? Half the time when you run the super runs out before he can kill anyone. I always run and try to take a long distance snipe. Half the time I get cross mapped anyway by a hammer.

                    • I just run to them with 4th horseman. No one can survive 4th horseman. Had a silly bladedancer try to kill me once. His sword didn't get within' 3 ft. He died at 3ft because 4th horseman range is soooooooo short xD

                        I am sorry but evasion is a good tactic because it denies the Sunbreaker any targets to use his hammer on. I mean seriously, you even get the clang of the anvil to alert you. Keep moving, wait out his timer, and shoot him in the head during his cooldown cycle.
