Almost lost my wife!
My wife of 10 years which is an awesome wife don't get me wrong I damn near lost her over this stupid -blam!-ing game. Thank God she only took 7 days to give me a second shot and has been greater than ever since but man the addiction to this game is retarded. All I can say is for those out there who are taking this game way more serious than the relationship, you're really messing up your wife or girlfriend is way more important than this game will ever be. I still enjoy this game and play it, but I only play it when she's at work or when I have free time that doesn't offend her because she is way more important than this stupid -blam!-ing game which I -blam!-ing love to death.
So my best advice is to take this game in moderation enjoy it but always remember your wife / girlfriend is way more important than the game will ever be.
Just thought I would give some advice you guys have a great night and Happy Thanksgiving and peace out.

My best advice is to find someone to share your life with, who appreciates that you have passions and interests. You're not using drugs or fvcking around with other women, you just play a game. I'll never get it but my wife is a gamer so i'm good.

Send your wife to work... You be the stay at home dad. Play destiny while kid has naps. Sounds like your burning yourself out working yourself to death ... Need to have some balance in this deal

13 RepliesSunday - Thursday, Get up at 7, be at work by 8. Get home at 6, Change my 4 month old sons diaper. Play with my son while my wife makes dinner. Spend time with my wife and let her eat while i keep the boy busy. Wife lets me eat and clean the kitchen. Give my son a bath with my wife at 8, Get him changed and into bed by 8:15. Read him a book till 8:30-45. He breastfeeds and goes to sleep with my wife. 9:00 game time till Midnight. Occasionally my wife gets up and comes sit in my lap or gives me a massage and talks to me or we make sweet passionate love. Go to bed. Rinse and Repeat. Friday-Saturday. 2nd Job. Get up at 5 and be at work by 6. Get off around 3 or 4. Get home and spend time with my wife and son till dinner. Same process except I go to bed at 11. This is pretty much my daily routine. I play games occasionally if I get off work early Friday and Saturday. I'm 22, I work 2 jobs so my wife can be a stay at home mom and take care of our son. I'm a very happy man. Do not forget your priorities. You can live without games. You cannot live without love. Because without it, life is hardly worth living. Buy random flowers or gifts for you wife. They love that

8 RepliesDo people just jump on anything nowadays? Did you get to know each other? I've been TALKING to one woman for 6 months now. TALKING. Not dating. And we are comparable. But we will continue to TALK, then DATE, and so on. I'm a gamer. I will not marry an outside person. That would cause arguing and uninterest. This lovely lady meets my preferences and needs. I also meet hers. We both are inside gaming people. However, we both like working out(inside) and eating healthy. We are both training in modeling, she is majoring in communication, and I'm going to school for cosmetology. In all honesty, completely legitimately, how do people jump into relationships without getting to know someone? I can understand if this guys wife changed on him, but if currently like this, how'd they stay together? In my opinion, you are a gamer, and may be blinded by love. You think that you have to change to be perfect for her. Neither of you seemed to get to know each other. Again. My opinion. Like adults, can we go over this? Someone help me here, I'm genuinely confused.

There are times when i'm just waiting for her to go to the bedroom so i can play.... that's sad but damn, it's SO god damned addictive. wtf, it's really not even a good game at it's core. Also what surprises me is im fiscally conservative and have always disliked gambling, yet this is just a big slot machine, in essence. What gives? ha
