Activision have announced that Bungie will continue to ship paid DLC expansions in year 2.

Seeing how they never once said that DLC would be free, I think this isn't surprising. Go back and read the quote about micro transactions, they didn't say or even imply that DLCs would be free.

1 ReplyContent costs money. The microtransactions are just there for fluff, to fill out some of the "fun" aspects of the game. The rest of the game is going to have to be paid for, hopefully it will get better. More like TTK, less like TDB.
