And I think it's just to much. My head hurts from only 2 hours of play. Its like skyrim and minecraft had a baby. I don't think its bad at all. But it feels so much like a skyrim mod. I think I'll stick to destiny.

8 RepliesDestiny players should never try & play games that require you to think.
-
2 RepliesTroll has no Fallout 4 history on his Psn. Just Blops 3. Destiny fanboy confirmed.

8 Replies"I don't like fallout 4 because it has too much content, think I'll just grind out the same 3 strikes for another few years." ~OP

1 ReplyDestiny is the reason why you're head hurts. It can't handle all that CONTENT

4 RepliesEdited by munkt0r: 11/9/2015 5:13:27 PMA lot of hate in here as people misinterpret your post. I know the feeling though. Same thing turned me off from Dragon Age Inquisition (Fetch Quests...). Sometimes less is more. Having "ridiculous amounts of content" at times is a bad thing. It can sometimes give the player the feeling that most of it is pointless and you end up trying to discern what's "worth" doing and what's not. Not always a bad thing, but sometimes it can be off-putting/overwhelming. Personally, I won't be getting FO4 because FO3 got so boring so quickly for me. New Vegas did not impress at all, each their own and all that. I used to love the crap out of open-world sandbox games, but i'm no longer a fan. It could be age, but i'd rather just get in - have some fun - get out. I don't feel like scouring the earth anymore =) I'm in essence having the same struggle with Metal Gear TPP. I log in and spend a good 10 minutes just deciding what to tackle next...often determining, I don't feel like spending an hour sneaking into this objective - let's just run some strikes =) Don't even get me started with the tedium of Elder Scrolls missions. The worst part is some of the missions will be amazing. Fun, interesting, and very involved. But you might have to do a bagillion fetch quests to find one =)

Fallout is trash. Destiny is waaaaaaay better

Edited by Striker93175: 11/9/2015 7:39:03 PMPfft. How dare you compare it to Skyrim! If it was swords and shields and arrows and magic I'd be all about it. But it's not... I can't get into post apocalyptic games plus vats means a headshot where the cursor is clearly on the head = miss.

I know what you mean, for me fallout is my jam, but when you work and other things throughout the week it's hard to get invested in some of the lengthy quests. It's good for days off and weekends but I'll still squeeze every moment out of it when I can. Destiny and games like battlefield are great when you get off work and only have a couple hours to play, if I play games like fallout I want to play it for 6 hours or more. To each his own.

2 Repliesits not often im jealous of anyone, but I have to wait until midnight tonight, sigh!

This doesn't involve destiny!
-
1 Replynot gonna lie, the fact you need less content and things to do to enjoy a game says more about you than the games. Maybe tetris is more your speed. Tetris is awesome by the way, play it all the time.

6 RepliesI found a preorder yesterday at a store for $59 then, I went online to preorder and they were sold out. T_T

14 RepliesIf it's anything like Skyrim(boring world, boring combat, short lived, and riddled with fetch quests and bugs), then I'll be disappointed.

It is already out?

1 ReplyNo!! bad guardian!! Now get back on Fallout 4 and I want a detailed report posted here each day telling us about your misadventures. 5000 word essay per day minimum and I will be spell checking and grading your papers. You get a gold star for every good one and special platinum star you can earn which is time-gated.

Is this supposed to be a joke? Someone actually complaining about content in a game? For the past year all anyone does is cut this game down for not having content, and then people are upset games have it?
-
2 RepliesThat actually sounds interesting to me lol. I loved skyrim as well as morrowind and oblivion, bugs glitches and all things considered I still enjoyed them quite a bit. Minecraft... hmm... having a very creative mind I loved it when I first played; But having a kid that wanted a new world every other day, thus killing my creations over and over, eventually killed it all together for me lol. I also loved fallout 3... New Vegas sucked thrall balls tho.

3 Repliesyeah fallout isn't for your average destiny drone. You might have to apply yourself and think a little bit. The content and effort put into the game might come off as a little over whelming after playing destiny for so long
-
This what I expected
-
It did start as a skyrim port to Xbox one. So hmm.
-
3 RepliesGood bait. I only know 1 person who actually has it to play yet.

Me too! And I love it! So much to do and to explore! And I think the story will be awesome!! Just how it's started was really great!
