I think you're being really rude about this As an owner of both consoles as well, I grew up with halo, It's a memory for me, I used to sit on my couch with my older brother and we'd just play together Halo was amazing and I don't think that starting on the recent release is a good starting point for the whole game I don't understand the micro transaction thing either but it works, there's an audience for that regardless of how you feel and it shouldn't matter The trade-off for microtransacrions is free dlc That's great to me Now I want to addre You fight the warden 7 times because he has millions of copies of himself He's an AI like Cortana but has millions of shells that he can control He was created by the forerunners, and it's not just some random thing that they threw into the game The forerunners had the technology to make such feats and more The title halo refers to the seven forerunner rings that are ultimately a weapon to [spoiler]kill all life in the universe due to a species of zombie/ parasite thing called the flood[/spoiler] I thought the length of the campaign was appropriate and I'm excited for the next one Not because I'm a Microsoft or halo fanboy who has an xdick down their throat, but because I felt like it was a step in the right direction, with the gameplay and story as well And if a game doesn't appeal to you or make you WANT to buy it, then don't It probably won't be what you want it to be Like I said Halo is a memory I grew up with it

So essentially all you've done is quote Angry Joe and nothing more. You haven't played the game, so why not become original and write your own review. You trust Angry Joe so much but yet here you are on Destiny a game Angry Joe essentially thrashed in his review. He also made note of that during his Halo 5 review but then again I guess you missed that whole portion. Campaign Length 4 and a half hours, I can see that speed running as well as playing on easy. I played co-op with friends online and it took us maybe 13 hours across a few days because of work and other schedules and it was fun to us. AI spartans are annoying of course, but its still fun ordering them around as cannon fodder. Graphics are what they are, I won't complain as I think it looks pretty damn good but I would rather play on my computer (hoping for a port). You mainly play as lock on 85%, give or take, on the missions but I don't feel robbed. I actually thought before I played the game that this was going to be the case. With the movie, as well as general press, I felt that he would be heavily involved. The Warden boss was okay, wasn't exactly the most difficult thing to kill and didn't have a problem with him at all in reality. Essentially players on other types of games (MMO's) repeatedly kill the same bosses week in and out to obtain phat lewts, but I guess there is some sort of logical difference. He served a purpose within the story, which did have a cliffhanger of sorts. Again this is a saga that was formerly a trilogy. I would think that knowing that beforehand one would expect these types of endings. As for pvp I haven't had a great deal of problems with spawn camping. Does it happens yea, but it does take cooperation and setup from the opposing team in order to coordinate. Likewise if one coordinates with his or her own teammates then they can turn the tables on the trap. Microtransactions are here yes indeed. I literally have no problem with it. It doesn't break the game for me. The requisitions can be earned by just playing the game. The weapons/vehicles are used in warzone in which you have to do things in order to gain rank to use these specific items. You're not forced to pay but the option is available. You're perfectly fine running around with an AR and Pistol combo and actually contributing. I don't mind this because at the end of the day I obtain FREE DLC. The game isn't perfect and I do have my own issues with it. I don't think it is the worst but it certainly isn't the best in the franchise. There will always be room for improvement. I never read to much into reviews, because I don't think they sway me one way or another. I put my trust into companies or games that actually look like something that I want to play. Sometimes I get burned and sometimes I find gems. Mass Effect reviews wasn't that great upon release and I loved that game. Too Human was another one that I enjoyed but reviewers hated along with Bayonetta. All in all I played the game, you haven't you can continue to fanboy now.

Dude you should play the game instead and you would see that a lot of what you said is pure garbage. The campaign is way more then 4 and half hours and try it on legendary. Master chief and Locke did fight too. So angryjoe should prolly try to play the whole game before reviewing and spouting garbage to people that eat garbage like you.....

I haven't seen his review for it because I don't really care for halo. Its just not my cup of tea. But I am careful with joe's reviews. If one thing pisses him off he will destroy the game. Just look at arkam Knight. It was a bad pc port and he literally just shit all over the game.

I was a huge fan of halo before, but seeing that review made me glad I don't play on Xbox anymore. Multiplayer has never really been balanced since 9/10 matches the other teams just camp power weapon spawns. Don't know about 5 but that's how every single other one was. I enjoyed playing regicide in 4 with my friends, but that was about it. Campaign was always actually really good, action packed and had an easy to follow story with cutscenes and everything. Knowing that 3 entire missions are nothing but talking to NPC characters is a major disappointment. Plus having only 3 missions as chief is sad too, they could have given a couple short, ambiguous missions that keep you wondering what he's really doing and whether he really is a traitor or not. Graphics, eh I don't care honestly, if a game is good I'll play it regardless. As for the micro-transactions...... Destiny did micro-transactions right, making them extremely minute meaningless gestures rather than giving you power weapons and forcing you to either spend $1,000+ or 1,000 hours to collect the armor sets. I'm not defending micro-transactions by any means, but if you're gonna do them, don't make them forced.

I stopped reading when you compared kill zone to halo. I have both consoles and play ps4 considerably more, that said. Halo looks 100 times better than kill zone and the game play in halo is far superior than kill zone. 343 did completely destroy the campaign with there crap story in 4 and 5.
