Why is there no matchmaking for ToO?
I've never done it before. Skipped that expansion. Can't get a group to do it because I don't have the damn emblem.
Whose idea was it to not have matchmaking for this? There is literally no reason that I could think of.

How do people not understand that being matchmade with AFKers, no skilled players, with no communication or any idea of what to do, is an insanely bad idea? You would never go 9-0, and if you did find a decent team that could win one game, the next game you would have a completely different team. The idea of not having matchmaking is that it's supposed to be competitive, between two pre-made teams, that have communication. Not being matchmade into a group of two scrubs who are trying to use shotguns as primaries, or are just straight up unskilled/afk.If you want to do trials, find a group that is in the same situation as you, there are plenty of people looking for trials groups that have no experience, just like yourself. You can even make your own group, stop being lazy.

Because any pre-made team would wipe the floor with virtually any matchmade team. It just wouldn't be fair at all.

Was annoyed it lacked matchmaking myself. I ended up posting in lfg for a team last night with the restriction of must want to have fun, ended up with a fireteam that was out to have fun an not tryhard. Won some lost some but all had a blast.

Everything in the game should have matchmaking; optional matchmaking at the very least. But whatever..

But I also think it's stupid how randoms won't let you in unless, you have the year 1 exotic emblem. Only advice I could give is play rumble you will get better at guns fight, learn how outplay other players and learn the pvp maps Then move on to salvage and skirmish Goodluck noob

Randoms cant lag switch together, much easier for a group of three!

Create your own group. Literally that's all. You put up no emblem required and thousands of people like you will join.

Its super easy my dude. Dont watch who's posting, rather, post it yourself that it's your first time. Now, if you suck, and your not good at pvp, look for people to do the raid with you because it's pointless for you entering a competitive pvp match and you plainly sucking. If you want you can play elimination, same thing just not trials rewards.

I played for the first time today, did shit at first, did alright second match. It's nothing to write home about, just dudes with sniper playing super conservative and a bunch of elitist. I finished a few bounties in just two matches so that's cool, even got chest armor but it was 266.
