Fallout 4 certainly will.
I bought halo on Tuesday when it dropped and still, I rather play Destiny. I wasn't impressed with the way halo felt and played. The shooter gameplay just wasn't as fulfilling as Destiny. It didn't seem as smooth to me or as fun or satisfying.
Alas, Destiny maintains its hold on me still. But I assure you all, I will be leaving for fallout 4. I'll probably pop on Destiny here and there for the raid. But my attention will be with fallout.
I know it's not just me either. I've read of others getting halo, not being impressed and continuing to play Destiny instead.
Anyone else in the same boat?

1 ReplyIs "____ will kill Destiny" a meme that I don't know about?

4 RepliesI really don't understand why someone would say a game like Fallout 4 will "kill Destiny". Will it take numbers away for a while? Most certainly. I know I'll be playing it, but I'll also be coming back to Destiny on the weekends for Trials and Raids. Fallout 4 will probably have a few months worth of addiction for me, but then I'll probably return to Destiny. The only time I would say a game might "kill" Destiny is if it's actually a similar game with a lot of potential. There's really nothing out right now like Destiny.

Or you can play both games?

Kingdom hearts 3 and no mans sky will tear destiny a new

FYI solo game will never beat out a multiplayer game for attention of the masses for very long. Destiny will not die when fall out 4 comes and everyone who has even the slightest bit of intelligence knows that.
-
1 ReplyIt'll only take the solo players. I for one enjoy the co-op/multiplayer. Won't be getting fallout 4.
-
I don't play single player games. apparently destiny is going to become a single player game when I'm the only one left and everyone is is playing fallout4 for the rest of their lives.
-
5 RepliesPeople still play this game?
-
2 RepliesTo be fair fallout 4 is probably going to kill everything.
-
Halo 5 has been a let down. Nostalgia goggles aren't strong enough for that crap
-
2 RepliesI don't know man I've seen my friends list full of Halo 5 lately. I think it pulled a good amount of people away , if only momentarily we will see.

You sound like a Junkie

2 RepliesNext week "star wars battlefront will surely kill destiny since fallout and halo failed..." these idiotic posts are getting tiresome.
-
4 RepliesFallout is not going to be that great... You act like they are remastering Skyrim and putting it on ps4/xbone...wtf is wrong with youse ppl???
-
I didn't even buy halo, destiny has spoiled us all. Not even gunna bother with fallout either. Titanfall 2? I'd buy that tho
-
You actually have no idea how many people left destiny to play any other game. If you gauge destiny by the less than 1% of the player base that types up posts here then you are kinda dumb.
-
3 Repliesfallout isn't that popular
-
2 RepliesAlmost half the people that played destiny is playing halo now and fallout 4 will kill almost along with halo people 80% of there player on xbox
-
I don't think it will hurts Destiny that much ... You know, the Coop side of Destiny is a big plus for them. Don't get me wrong, I'll be wandering Massachusetts wasteland right from the bat next week. But I'll still going to do Dayly and weekly stuff too.

No, Bungievision is going to kill Destiny. They have been killing it for a while.
-
Every new game from now until Destiny 2 will continue to pull away players... Destiny had a really good run being relevant for over a year...it will still be played and still be popular but will slowly bleed out until the sequel brings it back to life (hopefully)

Hell Yeah!
