I just spent 100 legendary marks on a helmet engram I desperately need for my titan and it turned into a -blam!-ing artifact!!! :
-blam!-ing stupid ass bullshit! That's over 3 days of both dailies to get! Petition to make the legendary engrams you can buy from the cryptarch to actually decode into what they say!

1 ReplyPeople keep saying people are dumb for buying engrams and then complaining when they dont decrypt out right. I have to call bullsheet. If it says helmet....it should decrypt into a helmet. If BUNGIE intends it to be a total crap shoot just make them non specific legendary engrams and you go in knowing it's a gamble. Let people know up front if that's the deal. I don't think exotic engrams decode from helmet to chest or whatnot. It might not be the class you want but its still a helmet. My 1/50th of a dollar. So simma' down everyone, dude has a legitimate beef.

All I can suggest is run heroic strikes, do court runs and level up your factions (including Vanguard & Crucible rankings). I've never bought anything from Rahool, just made him do his goddamn job.
